At Loomeera, we prioritize customer satisfaction and delight. Our aim is to provide you with the best products at the best prices, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and your love for exquisite sarees. However, in the rare event that a return is required, the following terms and conditions will apply:
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, you must:
This request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns or refunds requested after 7 days will not be eligible.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only if a wrong or defective product has been sent by us. Terms and conditions apply.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide the following proofs within 24 hours of receiving the shipment:

Unboxing Video: A clear video capturing the entire unboxing process, showing the package as it is opened.

Received Product Image: Photos of the product highlighting any visible damage or issues, taken from multiple angles.

Parcel Image: A picture of the parcel's current condition, including any external damages or discrepancies.

Shipping Label Image: A photo of the shipping label, displaying all relevant information like tracking numbers and shipping details.

Return and Exchange Process
From the day of receiving your package, we will validate your request only after authorization.
- We do not offer direct refunds.
- Products can only be exchanged or a store credit will be provided.
Options for Return/Exchange
Store Credit:
- A coupon code equivalent to the product amount will be emailed to you.
- This coupon can be used for future purchases on our website, with no expiration date.
Exchange:
- Products can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value (the difference in amount to be paid by the customer).
- If exchanging for a lower-value item, the remaining balance will be adjusted by us.

Important Guidelines
- The product must have its original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
- Sarees with fall and edging are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized products and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Only one replacement or return is allowed per order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched.
- Prepaid orders will incur a cancellation charge based on the product amount.
Post-Return Process
Once your product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Upon successful verification, your request will be processed.
Additional Notes
- Model images are for representation purposes only; slight variations in color, fabric, and design may occur due to lighting and photography.
- Accessories such as purses, jewelry, or decorations shown in the images are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.
- Disclaimer: Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of the Surat Court.
